Super TaiRa was developed as a 920MHz band wireless communication technology that can be used even in environments with harsh radio wave conditions.
Conventional wireless technologies faced the dilemma of limited communication range in environments with harsh radio wave conditions, such as construction sites, fire scenes, and underwater, even when attempting to transmit over long distances.
Super TaiRa breaks this conventional wisdom, achieving wide-area coverage.

LIOD(Ultra-compact edge AI camera)

LIOD module can detect the shapes of human, faces, and other objects, based on pre-registered model data in memory.
The combination of dedicated HW processing and an image sensor with motion detection functionality enables low power consumption operation.
The high-sensitivity global shutter sensor enables to detect moving objects accurately and have advantage of shooting in dark environment.
LIOD module is small-packaged and battery-powered, so that it can be used as an edge AI device in a variety of usages.

Edge AI camera unit for driver monitoring usage

Edge AI camera unit for driver monitoring usage is an integrated product consisting of a camera (image sensor + lens + IR illumination) and an SoC (system control & image processing).
Detects people within the camera's angle of view and collects information such as facial orientation and gaze to estimate their movements and status.
Its compact size allows for easy installation anywhere, and by connecting to a PC, you can easily adjust the camera viewing angle on the monitor.

PFC Power Supply Evaluation Board

This is a 3.6kW interleaved CCM PFC power supply evaluation board.
Power supply capacity sufficient to drive fan motors and compressors in air conditioners, refrigerators, etc.
By using Minebea Power Semiconductor Device Inc.’s SSRB synchronous rectifier device and ANBON SEMICONDUCTOR (INT'L) LIMITED's SiC device, we have confirmed that better efficiency is achieved across the entire load range.
Additionally, an Allegro Microsystems current sensor on the low side enables high-performance current detection.
